Are the shoes included?
No. We sell flower charms, not the shoes shown with them. Photos and Design Studio previews are there to help you imagine the look.
What’s included in my arrangement?
The charms you choose, in the quantities shown in your bag, with the attachment listed for each item. Please review the flowers, quantities, and fittings before checkout. Your Studio layout is a styling preview, not a single pre-assembled accessory.
Will my flower look exactly like the photo?
Hand-threaded beadwork can vary slightly in bead placement and color. Acrylic styles have their own finish. Each flower’s details list its materials.
Will the clips fit my laces?
The clip should close around your lace without force and sit securely. Fit depends on the thickness and shape of your lace. If the clip cannot close comfortably, try a different lace. Check the attachment listed for each charm before ordering.
Fit & attachment guideHow do I care for my charms?
Keep them dry, avoid perfume and household cleaners, and store them flat. When attaching or removing a charm, hold the fitting rather than pulling on the beads or petals.

We ship from California to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is $6.99 per order and free on orders of $70 or more. Expedited shipping is $14.99. Shipping options are shown at checkout, and we’ll email your tracking information when your order ships.
Shipping informationCan I return my charms?
Yes. You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Email hello@antholand.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
